As you may already know, one of my greatest passions is exploring and teaching what nutrition and wellness means in light of being a follower of Christ, creating an opportunity to live an intentional life rooted in Biblical truth. Part of that is becoming confident in the kitchen.

I believe that food is foundational to health and wellness, and making your own food shouldn’t be intimidating, but for some it can be. I find such joy in creatively making dishes and am glad I get to share my passion in the kitchen for making dishes without measurements or following a recipe.
