MISSION WORK IN THE PHILIPPINES

FOR JESUS AND BANANAS

No words could ever fully describe my experiences doing mission work in the Philippines. During my last two trips (a total of four weeks), I shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with over 27,000 students and teachers and witnessed majority accept Jesus as their personal Savior. It is something I cannot fully comprehend or wrap my mind around – how the Spirit is moving their and how I have been blessed to be a part of that. Even more than that though, to know that I was just a small piece into the millions that have heard the love of God proclaimed and professed Christ as their Savior. Overwhelming.

On this page you will find pictures that will give you a glimpse of:

  1. the amazing work of Jesus,
  2. the beautiful land and people of the Philippines – the most joyful, loving people I’ve ever met,
  3. and that mission work can be done healthy and you can eat to thrive!

Vibrant schools speckled amongst lush, dense tropical mountains, rice fields, and an abundance of fruit.

Some of my most treasured moments were waiting at the schools before speaking and spending time with the students.

Hearing the Good News, accepting the free gift of salvation only through Jesus, and celebration!

Buko trees, jackfruit, and the most juicy and mouthwatering pineapple.

One of my most memorable schools I’ve spoken at was the above panorama of over 3,000 high school students.

Jeeps weren’t our only way of getting to schools.

Always blessed to get some beach time, even if brief.

Oh my love of fruit…

More from the beautiful country and beautiful kids at the orphanage.
