Email addresses will not be sold, rented, or leased to third parties, but may be sent to you by us or our affiliates to inform you of news of our services or offers. Personal Data is information that can identify you specifically, including name, email address, personal account preferences, shipping address, telephone number, health data, or demographic information. Your personal contact information such as name and email address will be collected in the following situation: when you choose to send an email correspondence; when you subscribe to the newsletter; when you create an account to join the community; when you comment on a post; when you purchase a product offered; when you participate and/or register in any event, program, contest, survey or other promotion that is offered. It is created not only by the user’s interactions with our websites, but also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.
If you upload images to the websites, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the websites.
Technical Data: Like other sites, when you browse our websites, log files are automatically received and stored on the web server such as your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, the time spent on those pages, time and date of visit, information about cookies, and other statistics. This “non-personal” information helps us evaluate consumer trends and usage related to our websites.
Social Media Data: In order to best serve you, we may access personal information such as name, your social network username, location, email address, age, gender, profile picture, and any other public information on various social networking sites and apps, including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat or others. Please change your privacy settings on those various platforms if you do not want us to access this information.
Mobile Device Data: We may collect mobile device information including device ID, model and manufacturer, and location information if you use our website via a mobile device or app.
Other data: In the case of a survey, contest, or giveaway, you may give us additional data in order to participate. It will be clear when prompted that you are offering this kind of information in exchange for participation or entry.

You have the right that we confirm whether we process your data or deliver your data to third party processors, and for what purposes. Copies of your personal data will be supplied to you unless doing so would affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Request a Copy, transfer, or deletion of Data: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You have the right to request we gather and transfer your data to another controller, in a commonly used and machine readable format, unless doing so would cause us an undue burden. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you without undue delay. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. d\Such a request may result in a termination of your account with us and you may have limited or no use of our website.
Emails And Communications: You may opt out of receiving future email correspondence from us by checking the appropriate box when you register for the account or make a purchase, or through the email itself. Please contact [email protected] to request change of your communication settings.

Processing: The processing of your data may be restricted in some circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of your data or when you have objected to processing, pending the verification of that objection. When processing has been restricted, we will continue to store your data but will not pass it on to third party processors without your consent, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect your rights or those of others or our company. Additionally, you may opt out of your data being processed altogether. Please note however, doing so may result in the termination of your account and loss of access to our website.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
“Non-personal” information may be shared such as our statistical analyses to third parties, including advertisers and other business partners. We may team with a marketing agency or other website to conduct special events. Each of the participating third parties may collect or receive your personal information if you directly provide it. When you click on links on our website, they may direct you away from our website. In these instances, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
We may also share your personal information with third-party providers that perform services for us. For example, this site is hosted by Cloudways. They provide the online e-commerce platform, WooCommerce, that allows me to sell products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Cloudways’ data storage, databases and the general Cloudways application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Embedded content from other websites:
Articles on these sites may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
SECTION 6 – SECURITY
Protecting your personal information is important. To protect this information, we take reasonable physical, technical, and organizational precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We use recognized online secure payment systems and implement generally accepted standards of security to protect against personal data loss or misuse. Please note, there is not 100% secure method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage and therefore we cannot 100% guarantee the security of our databases or that your information won’t be intercepted during transmission over the Internet.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Our website is also integrated with Cloudflare Inc. to provide an extra layer of security.
SECTION 7 – TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies and Web Beacons:
As you browse our websites, we or our third-party providers may use tracking technologies such as cookies and web beacons to store certain information, improve our performance or give you extra functionalities, all with the goal of providing a better experience for you.

Like many other websites, we make use of log files. These files log visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

We retain personal data as long as it is needed to conduct our legitimate business purposes, to comply with our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it. For example, certain personal information will be retained indefinitely for the purposes of maintaining your account, unless and until you delete your account. Data gathered for a specific and particular purpose, such as assisting law enforcement or analyzing trends, will be kept only for the time necessary needed for that particular purpose. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is in order to recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Data will be permanently deleted that is no longer needed by us for any of the purposes listed above. However, you may request that we delete your data at any time. Please note that we cannot control the retention policies of third parties though. If you wish to have any third parties delete that data, including those to whom we’ve transmitted your data, you will need to contact those third parties directly. You may request from us a list of all third parties to whom we have transmitted your data.
SECTION 10 – AGE OF CONSENT AND CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
This website is not designed for use by children under age 16, and we do not solicit personal data from those under 16 unknowingly. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
We will not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you are a parent/guardian and you suspect that your child may have submitted personal information to us, please email [email protected]. We will strive to delete such information collected from our files as soon as possible.
SECTION 11 – CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are under 18 years of age and live in California, you have the right to request removal of content posted by you on our websites. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove content posted by you from our websites upon receipt of a fully completed removal request. However, this does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your posted content. For example, if reposted by others, your posted content may continue to appear on our websites, or it may continue to be stored on our servers (although it will not be visible to other users of our websites).
Further, residents of the State of California have the right to request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed certain information during the preceding year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. However, we will not disclose personal information or sell such information to third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
SECTION 12 – NEWSLETTER PRIVACY
You may volunteer certain information to us that is used for email and marketing purposes which includes, but is not limited to, your name and email. You may unsubscribe from any future communications via email, but we reserve the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers. This information may be used by us as reasonably necessary in our business and as provided by law. Additionally, it may shared with reasonably necessary parties for the ordinary course of conducting our business, such as through Facebook ads or Google Pay Per Click marketing campaigns. We do not ever sell your information to third parties.
Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you and you will be notified.
